Shara Jubilado

Shara is a seasoned outsourced CFO at Renegade Partners, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in venture capital finance and operations. Over the past five years, she has dedicated herself to providing strategic CFO services to select venture capital firms. At Renegade Partners, she oversees finance, investment reporting, compliance, and operational functions, while also supporting HR and fundraising activities.

Prior to Renegade, Shara served as a Director and leader at Aduro Advisors, managing client portfolios and mentoring a team of 13. Earlier in her career, she was the first finance hire under the CFO at Khosla Ventures, where she managed financial closes, investment processes, capital calls, and valuations. Her foundational experience in venture capital began at Sequoia Capital, where she oversaw fund accounting for U.S. and Israeli funds, and at Ernst & Young, where she audited public and private companies across tech, biotech, and financial services.

Shara earned a B.S. in Business Administration, with a focus in Accounting, and a Minor in Fine Art from the University of San Francisco. She lives in Oregon and enjoys outdoor adventures, reading, creating art, and spending quality time on her farm with family and friends.
