Courtney Lechner

Courtney is an Executive Assistant at Renegade Partners, where she brings over a decade of experience supporting senior leaders across finance, technology, and early-stage startups with a background that spans both corporate and high-growth environments. Prior to joining Renegade, Courtney spent several years partnering with C-level executives and co-founders through periods of rapid growth, product expansion, and organizational change. She especially enjoys working alongside founders and operators as they navigate the challenges of building and scaling. Courtney studied at the University of Washington and is based in San Francisco. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, discovering new music, and spending time with her rescue dog. She is passionate about animal welfare and has a lifelong soft spot for rescue animals.
